how can I defend from Facial Recognition CCTV (tracking in public places)?

My questions is how can I defend from Facial Recognition CCTV (real life tracking)? Every day more CCTVs installed and huge improvements in Facial Recognition.

I found only ‘HyperFace’ anti-surveillance clothing designed to confuse facial recognition (Video link from RT). But this product not yet available.

what other safety precautions a citizen can do? It looks to me there is almost nothing I can do.
