Webair had the most reliable hosting company site in July 2020. The top four hosting company sites each responded to all of Netcraft’s requests in July and were separated by average connection time. Webair provides a range of services including managed hosting solutions and high performance cloud environments, with colocation available in North America, Europe and Singapore.

Swishmail appeared in second place and provides business email services alongside hosting solutions. ServerStack and Multacom complete the top four in third and fourth place respectively. ServerStack has now appeared in the top 10 for the last six consecutive months and offers managed and dedicated hosting solutions from its three data centres across the US and Europe. Multacom operates in Los Angeles, and focuses on providing custom dedicated servers, colocation services and cloud solutions.

The most reliable hosting company site in June 2020 belonged to Choopa.com, with no failed requests and the fastest average connection time. Choopa.com offers cloud hosting, dedicated hosting and colocation in its own primary facility in Piscataway, New Jersey as well as smaller facilities in Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and Tokyo.

The top four sites each responded to all of Netcraft’s requests in June and were separated by average connection time. Webair, ServerStack and Pair Networks complete the top four. Webair provides colocation as well as managed cloud services from its data centres in New York, Los Angeles, Montreal, and Amsterdam. ServerStack has now appeared in the top 10 for the past five consecutive months.

In May 2020 EveryCity had the most reliable hosting company site, responding to all of Netcraft’s requests with an average connection time of 83ms. For the past nine months EveryCity has appeared in the top 10 most reliable hosting company sites. EveryCity offers cloud hosting solutions and managed third-party services, with its primary data centre located in the heart of London.

GoDaddy had the most reliable hosting company site in April 2020. This is the second consecutive month that GoDaddy has had the most reliable hosting company site and GoDaddy has not appeared outside the top two so far in 2020. GoDaddy provides tools that help businesses create a web presence and has provided ideas for small businesses to cope through the COVID-19 pandemic.

All of the monitored hosting providers are continuing to provide their services despite the challenges introduced by the COVID-19 pandemic. The next four hosting company sites in the top 10 also responded to all of Netcraft’s requests in April: New York Internet, Webair, Swishmail, and Pair Networks. The top five hosting company sites were separated by average connection time.

New York Internet has published a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan to demonstrate how it is helping provide services to its customers throughout these uncertain times. In New York, Webair has donated meals and personal protective equipment to frontline workers.

In March 2020 GoDaddy had the most reliable hosting company site, with no failed requests and an average connection time of 9ms. GoDaddy has now topped the table for two out of the three months of 2020 so far. GoDaddy provides services that allow customers to build their own web presence, which include hosting solutions, domain registration, and a popular website builder focused on ease of use.
