Is there really a Digital Skills Crisis? If so, why did the S&T Select Committee pull its punches?

Does the Science and Technology Select Committee of the House of Commons really believe their is a Skills Crisis that will “Make of Break” (to use the title of the House of Lords Digital Skills report being debated today) the UK. If so, the answer is more likely to come from Brussels than from BIS – given the horlicks officials are making of the apprentice funding processes: a levy without a credible grant process. This has reinforced my lack of confidence in the Brexiteers.
